First day trying to run! My left knee was really messed up for the past month and I decided to take a long leave to help it recover. I plan on taking another good amount of time to ease back into running and hopefully strengthen my knee as I go. I started with an easy 1 miler on the road today. No knee pain at all during or after. I also did two sets of 20 crunches and 1 set of 10 pushups. I am happy with the outcome... will try another 1 miler tomorrow... nice and easy...
