Wasnt feeling good again today at school. Just still dizzy and stomach sick. Didnt know what to expect with the hill workout. Just planned on running easy like 1:30's and similar recoveries, but wound up quicker. Felt pretty good and just went with it. Didnt want to kill it, just wanted to get it all in. 24:23 to the bottom of the hill.
