Notes

Washington work. 2 mile warmup at 7:30 pace and 1%. 1 Mile at 9:30 pace at 12%. 2 mile cooldown at 7:30 and then 7:00. The hill was difficult both cardiovascular and muscular. Quads were getting some work for sure. Either way 832' of climbing and the right calf doesn't hurt when I do incline.
