Kev came up thankfully and helped me get through this one. The plan initially was to just run the first 10 easy and up tempo the last 2, but I felt good and poppy after 8 and figured make the last 3 ish an up tempo. The last bit was about 2.75 or so and I slowly increased it. I felt a bit heavy at first and then got into my rhythm. I was good until about 300 meters to go and started to rig up a bit. Finished that last 2.75 in 15:10 for 5:30 pace. Very happy with that run. Drank my carnation and Light Vanilla Almond Milk right after. Later a nice Burrito! Did 1 min core, then 4x Geezer walk and then 25 pushups. Good day of work!
