Got in a nice smooth run today from Lance's after a haircut. Decided to up tempo the last mile as for some reason I was feeling invincible... First quarter: 74, made it to the half in 2:25, third quarter 64 and then I was still feeling awesome so I blasted the last quarter in 59 seconds with a 4:28 last mile! Holy crap.... not sure what got into me.... it must have been the fact that it was April 1st.
