Wanted to do something a little up tempo, but not just an uptempo run... so I did 7 X 1:00 on 1:00 off... The offs were smooth, the warmup and cooldown were quick....6:39, 6:00(short), 3:36, 6:37, 6:23, 3:14, 5:45(short), 5:44 legit last mile... good work...Striper ate my digital camera.... son of a B...B
