Notes

Was not planning on a "workout" today, but felt good and figured if there was a day to do it, this was it. So I made a plan in my head on the first mile. I decided mile easy / mile hard for 5 miles. Splits: 7:02, 5:48, 4:18, 4:11, 5:17!, 6:46 I was pumped to see some of those times in there on a trail with wind. Also it was hot out. I needed that confidence. I felt great after and felt great during. One more easy day Thursday, then off Friday and only one hill on Saturday.
