Wanted to get some speed in. I have not done a track workout since my surgery and it was time to get that done! The goal was 8 x 400 all sub 80. I was curious as to how my legs would respond as I had a horrible long run on Sunday and just felt dead. Well it came around today. Splits: 79.6, (57), 79.5, (57), 77.3, (59), 76.3, (57), 75.0, (58), 73.8, (58), 73.1, (58), 71.1, (1:03) Great first workout. Hoping to get in one of these each week. We will see!
