7:17, 6:54, 4:17, 9:42, 9:26, 4:10, 6:23, 6:40 Extremely easy just so that I didnt strain anything. The plan was just to make sure everything was still feeling good after the race and work out the stiffness from yesterday. Stretched and did 40 crunchers. Feeling good :)
