Guided Jeff Benson all day on the three rivers. Started at the Isinglass and he caught 3 perch, 2 sunfish, 5 fall fish and a crappie. Then we headed to the Lamprey and we got nothing there, water was really high at aroung 640 cfs... the Isinglass was about 320CFS. Then we went to the Exeter by the bridge and then Pick Pocket and we nailed 6 nice rainbows. Everything on the pink San Juan for the bows. Came home and ran... both achilis were sore, but got better as the run went on. Took some pain pills...
