Went to watch the race today. Kyle Openhiemer was 2nd in the five mile, Alan Bernier won, Casey Carrol won the 5k in 17:12. I jogged the course afterward for fun. Knee had no sharp pains while running, but was tight and sore afterward. I hope I am just building up the strength! Tomorrow off... good first week.
