Went up to run with Brandon at his house... Had a good chat with his older son about berries... Ran smooth... it was hot and there were bugs, but who cares... its running and I got miles in. He also gave me one of his home brew hard ciders which was awesome! I just drank it and at some green melon.... what a combo! Good day of running.... Keep it rolling with the miles!
