Right knee was killing me and making me limp all during the warmup. Really didnt think this was gonna work today. Started off with the lead 5 or so and then just slowly started to fall off the pace. The knee was sore, but managable, the problem was actually my breathing. I felt like I had an allergy attack at around mile 4 and then it just killed me the rest of the way. I had no leg energy and no will to push and even if I had the will I couldnt muster up any effort. I was walking up the last mile and really had a tough go of it. Sick, Allergies and busted knee = bad race...maybe worst race ever....
