Notes

Didn't feel like I was running at this pace today, but the right ankle was ok, not 100%, but ok. Felt extremely fresh, which makes sense as I have not been able to run all week and it was basically a taper. Not when I wanted to taper, but the ankle was a step in the right direction. Slowly creep it back up.
