Was thinking only 9 , but got going and feeling good so I figured what the heck lets get the longer run in today on dry roads. Things went well the entire way and I may have fixed the foot issue on the top of my right foot because of the new shoes. I took a piece of fly tying foam and stuffed it in there and gold! I also switched to Almond Milk .... who knows... sounded interesting!
Splits: 34:49 for 5.2 out, then 33:35 for 5.2 back which is 6:42 pace out, and 6:28 pace back with a last mile in 6:20 up the hill, but completely controlled!
