Wasnt feeling good all day leg wise. Really sore right knee below the cap, and my left leg was really sore too... The plan was to just go really easy and see how things felt. Well about 2 miles in things felt really good so I started to pick it up. Made it to 5.2 in 33:13 and then wanted to get it going a little better on the way back as I was feeling strong and smooth and no pains in the legs. Thought I might be able to rip a quick 5 miles on the way back... wound up running 28:48 on the back 5.2... good stuff! Really pushed the last two miles. Great test of fitness. Cant wait to do some racing. Hope the leg issues go away. Chaffed the boys up in the man tights...
