Tried something a little different as I am at my last straw with this whole knee thing... nothing has worked... 2 months off and 8 weeks of PT didnt do a thing... so I drove my truck over to Long Hill, ran up the hill and walked down 5 times.. went a moderate pace... didnt want to go too hard... I was hoping that the uphill would cut down on the pounding and walking the downs would keep everything ok... My left ankle was cracking on every step. walking down the right upper hammy was a little twingy... but running up wasnt bad... left knee a little sore on the outside of it. took an IB and drank oj... stretched out good... hope to feel ok in the morning that will be the true test. Might start biking... weak...
