Notes
Nice and smooth was the goal for the day. Get in the speed without completely taxing myself. I was curious to see how the legs would feel at under 5 min pace. Overall once I got rolling it was not too bad. The wind made it tougher for sure, but I would call it a solid effort, but left feeling good and had more in the tank. Here were the splits:
