It was really nice out there today. Just no wind and really comfy with one long sleeve and two short sleeves and shorts. Stretched pretty good after the run. Left ankle felt good from the twist on Sunday. The left knee joint was still tight when I got back... couldnt extend leg the whole way. Right quad was sore.... Hoping it is just aches and pains of getting back into running...
