Went to Leigh last night and she said that she wasnt going to do anything too crazy but just try to work it out so that I can physically run the race on Sunday. So she did some work, then I ran today and did feel a little better... was able to get down to around 6:45 pace without too much hammy strain. JUst hope I can finish the race without too much damage injury wise or overall standing wise. We shall see.7:30, 3:37, 3:30, 6:46
