Really felt crappy in the knee and right ankle since early this week. Was hoping that the day off yesterday would help me feel better today. Decided to just run smooth and see where it went. After mile one feeling really smooth with no leg soreness at all I picked it up one small notch and then just stuck with that pace the rest of the way. I was just waiting for the knee/leg to start hurting, it tightened up a little in mile 6, but other than that... not bad. So a 7.2 hilly, at 6:30 pace .... and I didnt really feel like I was pushing at all... that gives me at least a little hope of breaking 59 at Jones 10.... Just need to stay healthy and I will be back...
