Went west on the trail to test out the left achillis. Still felt clicking in my ankle and knew it was realted to the achillis. Felt better today than yesterday though. So went 7:13 out and 6:36 back. I hope it feels even better tomorrow! If it feels good I will try an easy 4 on the trail. Just need to be alright for Ollie...
