Took it real easy through the first 5 in 35:14, then slowly started to ease into it. Not sure what pace we eased I down to by the last 3 miles, but did have a couple of timed miles in the last three. 5:57, and 5:58 for the hill timed back miles. The only area that was sore was my lower back after I was done and maybe a little bit of upper hips on either side during the last few miles. I think I just need new shoes! 450 miles on these ones! Really happy with the week... 2 off days and still managed to get into the 50's.
