Got back from Pittsburg, needed to keep the streak alive! 3 miles easy, only because the right hammy is still sore... Tomorrow I should be back up to an easy 5 I hope... then back to normal. We only saw one deer the entire time, Lance saw a 3 pointer in the last half hour that we had and passed it up to get something bigger hopefully later in the season. I tracked one buck for over a mile in the snow and just ran out of time, plus I was ridiculously far out in the middle of the woods and the snow was melting..,, needed to make sure I could find my way back... I also walked all the way from the pit to where I could overlook all of Indian Stream Valley and that was a great view in the snow. Had fun, wished I had seen the 3 pter.... I would have been glad to get the season over with! hahah
