Well I was hoping to run a minute faster today, but that just didn't happen! It was definitely way windier today and I would guess at least 15 seconds for that, but I only was able to muster a 18:28.(I forgot to stop my watch by about 4-5 seconds after) So 30 seconds faster is better than staying the same, but I need to step up my training to drop under 18. Felt like I did rally a bit in the last mile, but it just wasn't enough to catch those other folks in front of me! Keeps me motivated!
