Just wanted to get back out and give it a hard effort.

5:38 (Ran hard the last mile to finish off the tough effort. More than anything it was the heat and humidity that got me today. But the goal pre race was to get under 1:02:30 and I did that! Had to run a hard last mile to do it, but I didn't give in to the thought of taking it easy. I could have, but I didn't. That bodes well for some 5k / 10k action coming up. Happy with today.
