Pretty crazy that the total pace was 6:32 today. There were 30-40 mph wind gusts that were stopping me in my tracks. I ran as smooth as I could considering. I decided to up tempo the back side of Long hill on the steep parts. Everything was good cardio wise, but the right calf was tight. I need to figure out a way to get rid of this. I can not run two days in a row without it getting bad. With the day off, I feel fine until about three quarters through my runs. Then sore after. I dig it out with thumbs and roller, but just big knots in there. Any ideas?

Splits:20:05 to Onway Lake Road, 24:56 at the river turn and 20:43 home.
