Notes

The plan was just to make it 8 today without getting hurt and get in some climbing. Well I had forgotten how hilly this run actually was. From 2.25 to 4 miles was all up hill and good uphill too. I wasn't really pushing too hard, but I was working. Got it all done and felt ok overall. A little tight in the right achillis / Calf.

Splits: 7:10, 6:37, 7:09, 7:16, 6:34, 6:28, 6:27, 6:55. Good stuff overall!
