Brandon, Jose and a few others... workout was supposed to be 8, 1000, 12, 1000, 8, but after the first 8 I decided to take it smart and run 5 by 8.... Even that was a little much I think for the miles I have been running... but it went well. 2:30, 2:29, 2:27, 2:27, 2:23... Worked the last one ... real tired,... but I did it... good start to real workouts... hills next tuesday I think in Pittsburg...
