7:13, 6:25, 3:59, 4:00, 6:03, 6:08 Tried out my new Inov8 trail shoes tonight. I think they are a half size too big, but they felt ok on the run... my left outside of my foot felt sore while I was running in them... not sure what that means... Should still be fine to run in up the mountain this weekend...
