Wanted to do a little up tempo today after taking yesterday off. I am still mad that I didnt at least run a little to keep the streak going, but in the end it might be smart to take a day off here or there. The plan was to run really fast to the top of the hill and then moderate/easy back. I made it to the top of the hill on Tom's rd in 13:25 and then ran 18:41 back. I really pushed up the big hill and was pretty much leg dead at the top. Took a little while to recover but then got a second wind and ran home smooth. Good first up tempo.
