Notes
In the words of Will Ferrell, The weather certainly " Escalated Quickly." I started my run with great temps and just overcast and then the snow started to fall. The temp dropped and halfway through this run, the roads just turned to crap. I was slipping and sliding everywhere. I just took it easy as this was supposed to be just a regular pace run today, so no pushing. Got it in, a little sore in the right achillis the next day as I write this. Should be ok though.
