Notes

: Muscles were sore after the race on Saturday, but the knee felt just fine! Ran nice and smooth and easy and got in 4.2 in 31:19. Did all my stretches, 2X Quads, 2X Hammies with stretch band, 2X hips, 2X calves, 2X groin. Also did 2X 50 Crunchers as well as 2X 25 FUTON pushups, which are much tougher than railing pushups outside. Feeling good! Cant wait to get up to 5 miles. The plan is to go for 4.2 again on Wednesday, and then maybe 5 on Friday. I want to stay consistent with running every other day and just keep inching it up until I can add a few 2 -3 milers on the in between days. Ultimate goal is the be able to run 6 times a week with a race, long run, workout and off day.
