Notes
Brandon came up and we hit a nice hilly 9.9 loop that I haven't run in two years. Pretty pumped to be doing 10 mile runs again. My right calf had a knot in it yesterday, so I took the day off and I worked on the knot. I rolled before hand and felt pretty good. I might have just been a little tight on the run, but rolled after and just a bit sore now. I hope this eases out over the next few days. Everything else feels awesome! My wind is coming around as well. Just keep on with the runs. 15:28 to Tom's rd, 26:04 to the top of the hill and 34:33 to the 107 turn.
