7:26, 6:52, 4:19, 9:45, 7:32, 7:19, 9:13, 4:02, 6:12, 6:18 Felt ok for about 6 miles... then left hip and right whole knee joint really started to stiffen up. Not the smoothest run but got it in... muscles overall feel great... but the other stuff is killin me.
