Really happy with this workout. As I look back I would have hoped that the rests would have been a little faster... but I did really push the efforts. The goal was 4:55, 2:23, 68, 68... so it was better than that. Need to run tomorrow in the AM so that I am not running in the cold and rain and dark at night. Good day.
