Stopped after one lap of town (flood route). Disappointed. Sciatica pain was growing with the distance. Discouraged. How do I increase mileage when it hurts? How do I run faster when it hurts? I hope the chiropractor helps restore my range of motion in my hips and my stride begins to lengthen again. Tired of shuffling, painful runs. I live when I run. I'm only 47. I don't want to stop running.
