Was adjusted at the chiropractor's office today after work. No pinched nerve in my back. I have an extra lumbar vertebrae. The chiropractor thinks my hips might be bone on bone or so tight that the joint is pulled together without extra room. That prognosis bothers me.
Got home and ran Bud Lane. Felt good. Still have butt pain.
