5 x 6 min run with 1min walk.
Very hilly trail run. I did not go fast but my HR was high due to a lot of hills. No pain during the run. Some dull pain (level 1) between the legs and 2" above the PS for 15 seconds after the workout. That is pretty much it. Now, 3 hours later, no pain other than regular muscles soreness (lower part of my legs).
