Just light pain here and there on both sides, only in heel ring area and where tendon meets heel). It could be due to the slippery roads.

30min after the run pain level 2 in that same area (where tendon meets heel) on both sides, kind of more on the right. Pain was gone after less than an hour.

No issues with midpoint part of the tendons.
