Notes
Great race. Felt great after 21.1km. Then it got warmer and I started to feel it. But still I kept going. Started walking more often after 35km especially along the Northfield drive toward the finish line.
Took gel after km 10, 21.1 and 30.
I could probably finish faster but my goal was sub 4 and I did not push too hard last 3-4km.
