Ran 1 hour and 10 minutes on snow covered trails. Closer to the end, my left hip started to hurt kind of badly. It was not just hip on the side, more like front end of the hip.Every time I lift the left leg, it hurts. Switched to the road, ran for another 20 minutes, almost no pain.

After the workout, I felt pain in left hip when sit and lay down, especially when laying on the left side. I could not perform the following exercise: stand straight, lift left leg banded in the knee, tight parallel with the ground, move the leg to the left.

The following morning, almost no pain.

Another issue, that I experience from time to time when start running. Pain in the left leg, in area that could be called Sartorius muscle area.
