Notes

No pain during the run. Some light pain between the legs after the run, probably some leftovers from yesterday's tough workout.

The 3rd km was all uphill. It was quite hard. A tough workout all together. I planned 8km, but cut it short. For some weird reason I kept pushing and pushing. Looks like I do not know how to slow down.
