Pain at the end of the workout yesterday in lower abdominal, but it felt more in my guts than abdominal muscles. I had some stomach issues today, maybe that is why. That pain was gone quickly after the workout. I notice that I have this pain when I run and I did not have a good bowel movement that day.

Overnight I felt pain in my left hip. It was not really hip. It is more the line where the leg joins the body. The pain was so bad that it woke me up. It was worse when I lay down on the right side. Almost no pain when laying down on my back. I felt that pain only when laying down. Standing, walking and sitting did not bother me. When I woke up in the morning, the pain was gone.

For the last 7 days I have been having issues with lower back pain. It started after one core workout. The following day I had hard time getting up from the bed. After a couple days that pain settled, but then I noticed that if I swing my body, I might feel sharp pain in lower back. Walking, standing, sitting, laying down, no pain, only if I put my body in certain positions.
