A bad workout. Tried to go 1x3.2km at 4:30 pace + 4x1.6km at 4:30 pace with 400m walk between. Gave up after first 1.6km run. Felt crappy after all the food I ate on the business trip in London. I will have to repeat this workout.

No pain during the workout.
