Doing this run after fasting for 12 hours through this AM and not eating dinner before the run, and not doing any energy gels was not a good idea. Not sure if it was just that, or am fatigued from last week. It was pretty brutal.
Oh and with 2 miles left to go I run into a skunk who won't get off the trail. Just moseying along. Trail was still soggy and filled with divits and my ankles/achilles really took a pounding. Anterior tib is doing okay, not better but not worse either.
