Was going to try 4x(4x.25 mile) .1 mile jog between and .25 mile jog between sets. Supposed to start first set at 6:00 pace, then 5:50, 5:40, 5:30. Turns out I just couldn't handle that level of accuracy/speed over .25 miles. Plus recovery just wasn't happening very well. Ended up with 3x(4x.25) +1. Somehow I gotta figure out how to rearrange family schedule to get on the track with peeps...
