Saturday LR (SAD) with Ryan and Frintner. Emma joined us for the first 3+ before turning back to finish her easy run. Richard was supposed to come, but he overslept. Didn't take advantage of the beautiful weather today and got an early start. A chilly 30 at the get go, but was up close to 40 by the end. Felt decent today. We started cruising on the down hill mile while Frintner told a few quality stories. Started to feel like I was getting dragged around 7 when Ryan started rapping Meek Mill. Got dropped on mile 8 and ran the rest of the way watching the other boys slowly pull away. Still was running a good clip, though didn't realize that until after. Happy with the effort. Will be able to hang in a few more weeks.
