Notes
Another nice morning in the neighborhood. Legs were feeling fresh today, and after warming up for the first mile or so, I locked into a pretty good pace. Got moving a bit quicker towards the end. Decided to just roll with it since I was feeling good and hadn't opened up in a while. The mornings are so quiet I'm beginning to be able to differentiate between different bird calls.
