Nice cool fall afternoon for a run. Pretty much perfect running weather. Ran down to Eldridge Park for a three-looper around what I think is the xc course there. The flat ground was much appreciated and just tried to cruise. Honestly went a bit faster than I thought or wanted to today, but it felt good to get moving a bit. Had a really good podcast today too, so that really made this fly by. Hoping to get into a good training rhythm now that I'm done traveling for a bit.
